The on-line course on the fundamentals of functional safety provides a comprehensive overview of the key concepts of functional safety.  

The training lasts a total of 8 hours and is divided into 2 on-line (MS Teams) sessions of 4 hours each.

It is designed to give participants a comprehensive understanding of the principles and terminology of functional safety. We also look at related functional safety standards and techniques and provide participants with the knowledge they need to safely navigate the world of functional safety.  

This training is tailored to benefit a wide range of professionals, from management to developers, who are involved with functional safety topics. It is particularly important for project leaders or managers who are beginning to address functional safety requirements.

Upon completing this training, you will gain the ability to understand the main concepts related to functional safety. You will be well-prepared to engage in discussions with functional safety experts and start integrating functional safety principles within your organization. Additionally, you will be able to engage with notified bodies and other third-party organizations regarding functional safety matters.
